    Product overview
    Pre-branch cable is a complete and continuous set of cables prefabricated by the factory. At the specified position and requirements of the trunk cable, the conductors of the trunk cable and the branch cable are compressed and connected by copper or copper alloy pipe, and complete insulation treatment is carried out. Ensure that the cable tap is safe for electricity, with suitable lifting devices at the upper end for vertical laying, and optional traction members for horizontal laying.

    Prefabricated branch cables can be widely used in residential, office buildings, hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, factories and other power distribution systems.

    Executive standard
    This product implements JG/T 147-2002 "Rated Voltage 0.6/1kV Copper Core Plastic Insulated Prefabricated Branch Power Cable" and JB/T 10636-2006 "Rated Electrical 0.6/1kV(Um = 1.2KV) Copper Core Plastic Insulated Prefabricated Branch Power Cable".

    Use Features
    1. The maximum working temperature of conductor: cross-linked polyethylene insulation is 90 ℃; PVC insulation is 70 ℃.
    2. When short circuit (the longest duration is not more than 5s), the maximum working temperature of cable conductor: XLPE insulation is not more than 250 ℃; PVC insulation is not more than 160 ℃.
    3. The ambient temperature during cable laying shall not exceed 0 ℃.
    4. The rated voltage U0/U(Um) of the cable is 0.6/1(1.2)kV.
    U0: Rated power frequency voltage between conductor to ground or metal shield for cable design;
    U: Rated power frequency voltage between conductors for cable design;
    Um: The maximum value of the "maximum system voltage" that the device can withstand.
    5. The allowable bending radius shall not exceed 30 times of the outer diameter of the cable;

    Cable water test voltage is 3.5kV,5min insulation does not occur breakdown.
