Solar Photovoltaic Cable

PV1-F (PV-YJYJ) is a cable for solar photovoltaic power generation equipment. It is designed according to the special environmental conditions of photovoltaic power generation equipment. It is mainly suitable for DC voltage terminals, output links of power generation equipment and bus connections between components. Scope of application
It is suitable for single-core flexible cables (wires) used in the DC side of photovoltaic systems with a maximum allowable 1.8kV (core-to-core, non-grounded system) DC voltage. This product is suitable for use under Class II safety level and cable operation The ambient temperature is up to 90ºC, and multiple cables can be used in parallel.

Executive standard
This product implements the internal documents 2Pfg1169/08.2007 and NB/T 42073-2016 "Cables for Photovoltaic Power Generation Systems" of TUV Rheinland.

Use characteristics
1. Ambient temperature -40℃～90℃;
2. The service life is 25 years;
3. The installation environment temperature during cable installation is not lower than -15℃;
4. The minimum allowable bending radius of the cable is not less than 4 times the outer diameter of the cable;

AC (alternating current system) U0/U: 0.6/1kV; DC (direct current side): 1.8kV.

Test voltage
Test voltage: AC withstand voltage 6.5kV/5min, no insulation breakdown;
