Flexible Mineral Insulated Fire-proof Cable
Scope of Application
Flexible mineral insulated fire-proof cable is suitable for trunk lines, firefighting lines, escape and rescue systems, such as emergency lighting, fire monitoring, alarm system, elevator system, smoke extraction system, and control lines. The cable can also be used in places where the cable loop is easily affected by fire spread or directly affected by fire or other places.

This product complies with GB/T 34926-2017 Mica-tape Mineral Insulated Corrugated Copper Sheathed Cables and Terminals with Rated Voltage of 0.6/1kV and Below and JG/T 313-2014 Metal-sheathed Inorganic-mineral Insulated Cables and Terminals with Rated Voltage of 0.6/1kV and Below, meeting BS 6387:2013 Fire resistance Test Method for Cable Line Integrity Test Under Flame Condition and BS 8491:2008 Large Diameter Power Cables Used for Components of Smoke and Heat Control System and Other Fire Safety Systems in Active Service - Fire-proof Integrity Evaluation Method.
Usage Characteristics
1. Main features: the finished cable can be continuously produced without length limitation and without joint in the middle. Large cross-section multi-core cables can be produced, and can be used as branch cables, which is resistant to high temperature (test environment 950-1000℃, combustion for 3h), smokeless, nontoxic, corrosion-resistant, aging-resistant, radiation-resistant, explosion-proof and pest-resistant. It can automatically eliminate the damage caused by natural forces (expansion with heat and contraction with cold) and electrodynamic force, and its service life is greatly prolonged. The cable conductor is a multi-copper stranded wire with small impedance, large current carrying capacity and good flexibility; The halogen-free material is used for insulation with wraps of inorganic mineral insulation tape (of high temperature resistance above 1300℃). And the insulation layer is tight and uniform with good moisture resistance.
2. Environmental temperature during cable installation: For cables with non-metallic sheath, the ambient temperature during installation shall not be lower than 0℃: there are no restrictions for cables with metal sheath.

4. Rated working temperature: the highest conductor temperature is 90℃ when the cable is in normal operation, and 250℃ when it is short-circuited (lasting for 5 seconds at most).
5. The rated voltage of cable is divided into two categories: U0/U:450/750, U0/U (Um): 0.6/1kv.
450/750V control cable: in the voltage representation U0/U of the cable:
U0: the effective value of voltage between any insulated conductor and "ground" (metal sheath of cable or surrounding medium):
U: the effective value between conductors of any two phases of multi-core cable system.
0.6/1 (1.2) kV power cable: in the voltage representation U0/U(Um) of the cable:
U0: the rated power frequency voltage between conductor and ground or metal shield for cable design;
U: the rated power frequency voltage between conductors for cable design;
Um: the maximum value of the "highest system voltage" that the equipment can withstand.
