Mineral Insulated Flexible Fireproof Cable
Scope of Application
Mineral insulated fire-proof cables are suitable for trunk lines, fire-fighting lines, escape and rescue systems, such as emergency lighting, fire monitoring, alarm systems, elevator systems, smoke exhaust systems, and control lines. Cables can also be used in places where the cable loop is easily affected by fire spread or directly affected by fire, or other places.
This product complies with the standard Q/ygdl 007-2017 Mineral Insulated Isolated Fire-proof Cables with Rated Voltage of 0.6/1kV, and meets the requirements of BS 6387：2013 Fire-proof Test Method for Cable Line Integrity Test under Flame Conditions and BS 8491：2008 Large Diameter Power Cables Used for Components of Smoke and Heat Control System and Other Fire Safety Systems in Active Service - Fire-proof Integrity Evaluation Method.
1. The long-term working temperature of the cable is 90℃, and the maximum conductor temperature is 250℃ in case of short circuit (lasting for 5 s at most).
2. The ambient temperature of cable laying shall not be lower than 0 ℃;
3. Minimum bending radius during cable installation: the allowable bending radius of cable shall not be less than 15 times of cable outer diameter.
4. The rated voltage U0/U (UM) of the cable is 0.6/1 (1.2) kV.
U0: the rated power frequency voltage between conductor and ground or metal shield for cable design;
U: the rated power frequency voltage between conductors for cable design;
Um: the maximum value of "maximum system voltage" that the equipment can withstand.
The routine test voltage of the cable is 3.5kv, and no breakdown occurs in 5min.
