    The 70-year high-performance and high-life irradiation cross-linked halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant wire adopts the international advanced electron accelerator physical irradiation cross-linking technology to ensure the mechanical and electrical properties of the wire, with high and low temperature, flame retardant, wear resistance, oil resistance and high physical and mechanical properties and electrical properties.

    Scope of application
    This product is suitable for distribution networks or industrial installations with rated voltages of 450/750V and below. It can be used in densely populated places such as high-rise buildings, subways, tunnels, shopping malls, theaters, stations, airports, and important distribution lines and building wiring.

    Executive standard
    Product implementation standard: JG/T441-2014 "rated voltage 450/75V and below double coextruded insulation irradiation crosslinking halogen-free low smoke flame retardant wire". According to the test method specified in GB/T 11026.1, the service life of the cable is derived by using the Arrhenius curve.

    Use Features
    1. Rated voltage Uo/U:300/500V, 450/750V;
    2. Cable conductor long-term allowable working temperature according to the insulation material is divided into: 90 ℃, 105 ℃, 125 ℃;
    3. Cable laying temperature ≥ 0 ℃;
    Minimum bending radius of cable: the bending radius of cable diameter less than 25mm and below shall not be less than 4D(D cable diameter); The bending radius of cable diameter 25mm and above shall not be less than 6D(D cable diameter);
    5. Cable 70 years high life code G.

    Cable water test voltage: rated voltage 450/750V:2500V/5min insulation breakdown does not occur; Rated voltage 300/500V:2000V/5min insulation breakdown does not occur;
